Getting Picked Last... or Not at All

Barry Lamar Loserface
Barry Bonds, unsigned thus far into the 2008 season, has decided he is too cool to play in the minors and/or Indy leagues.

Jeff Boris, Bonds' agent, explained that the Home Run King "has nothing to prove" in the minors and that teams should just know how awesome he is at baseball and therefore give him a contract.

Though Boris has shopped Bonds to all 30 big league teams at the prorated league minimum of $390,000 -- and even offering the indicted slugger's services for free to purchase tickets for children -- all 30 teams have politely declined.

He wants to play for free? For the children (whose baseballs he won't sign?) Is the sky falling too?

I can't imagine why none of the 30 big league teams would want to sign a soon-to-be-convicted felon. I mean seriously. He brings so much to the game. Deceit. Perjury. Drugs. Arrogance. What's not to love?

I hope this first class a-hole gets indicted and spends the rest of his lying-ass life with shrunken nuts.
