Scott Spiezio
Police issued a six-count warrant for the 35-year-old utility infielder's arrest following a December car crash which alleges driving under influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content of .08% or more, hit and run, aggravated assault, aaaaaaaand assault and battery.
What a guy.
The maximum penalty is two years in state prison, where he may or may not become someone's bitch for dying his facial hair red. On purpose.

I feel bad for the guy, I really do, and I hope he can get his life together. I think releasing him was the right thing to do, but La Russa's reaction to the event just amazes me:
"I had heard there was an incident in California," La Russa said. "I didn't think anything would come of it."
WTF? Between this and his adamantly insisting that he believes McGwire never took any PED's, I think La Genius has lost it.
Yeah well, I'm not sure La Russa got much of a consequence for his drunk driving fiasco, either.
What a tard, You know who else needs to ditch the flavor savor? Rick Ankiel. Please, Rick. If you're out there, please shave it off.
i want to hear Spezio's band play live.
Spezio will look good in pinstripes. The Bronx Bombers have made a reclamation projects( a la Darryl Strawberry) their personal interest. Hank S. can go to court and vouch for Spezio.
(yes - I am being sarcastic)
