As if it's not crappy enough being a Kansas City Royals tv analyst, Ryan Lefebvre has to deal with Milton Bradley almost flipping out on him.
The Texas Rangers designated hitter, who led the AL with a .333 batting average and a hot temper heading into Thursday, heard himself being compared to crackhead-turned-bible-banger Josh Hamilton by Lefebvre on a TV in the Rangers clubhouse. Naturally, he resorted to anger and violence, storming out of the clubhouse and up four flights of stairs to find the a-hole that talked smack.
After being restrained by GM Jon Daniels and skipper Ron Washington, Bradley return to the clubhouse and screamed at his teammates. Then the crying started... like, real tears and everything.
"I’m tired of people bringing me down," he said. After he calmed down, several of his teammates gave him hugs and then Ron baked them cookies.
The end.

Sounds to me like he has some sort of personality disorder with a little case of paranoia. Crazytrain!
Someone definitely needs a hug, as well as some self-medication tips from his teammates.
RUN! IT'S A CLUBHOUSE CANCER!!
I'll just restate the point I made over at RandBall:
1. Milton Bradley is kinda nuts.
2. But he doesn't merit a disfavorable comparison to a crack cocaine addict.
I subtract points from both Bradley and Luhfeeber, and hope they've learned a valuable lesson.
I'm torn here. On one hand, there may have been racist undertones in LaFucktard's comments, though he may have been just comparing one troubled ballplayer to another.
But then, what (besides batting lights out this season) has Milton Bradley done to earn any respect from anyone? He's kind of a total asshole, like all the time.
Why not give the broadcast booth a call and say, 'Hey buddy, what did you mean by that? I am offended.' But no, he had to flip the eff out. The cry about it... I am just not too impressed.
I don't think what Lefebvre was saying was racist (and you're right, we should cut the guy some slack. He sees like, no actio all year long as a KC analyst) I really think it was more along the lines of comparing the two player's troubles. Just because one has anger management issues and the other is recovering from drug addiction, doesn't make either player's struggles more or less difficult. The only reason he even used the two as examples is because they're on the same club.
Milton would like his stapler back now, please.
