Who is this Bonds person you speak of?
Bonds is no doubt one of the best players of this generation; however, baseball has a lot of culpability in this whole episode.
As sad as it seems, he's just an entertainer to me, someone who I see no moral value in & just a man who plays a kids' game for a lot of money.
I have a tinge of respect for the man, but as a person he's not worth the time of day to waste too much energy on.
Bonds admitted to taking steroids. I cannot stand when some Bonds apologists say that it cannot make you hit a 95 mph baseball any better. Why use it then if it does not enhance your performance.
Bonds would have been one of the top five players of all time regardless. Now he is a curiousity. It's a shame he tarnished baseball and a cherished record.
