If I were seconds away from being nailed by a foul ball... I would gracefully catch it, obviously. But that is neither here nor there.If your special ladyfriend was about to get beaned while enjoying a ballgame with you, you'd protect her, right? Right. You're a good boyfriend. You'd throw yourself in front of her beautiful arm and either catch the ball or take one for the team.

Sarah, a Houston Astros fan who attended Monday's 10-4 win over the Atlanta Braves, was hit in the arm with a foul ball off the bat of Chris Johnson because her boyfriend, Bo, is a total pansy.
Bo's excuse? He "lost it in the lights."

My KID would've had that ball! I hope this young lady learns a very valuable lesson and calls it off with this guy. If he won't keep you from getting drilled by a foul ball, he's probably the type to stick you with all the wedding planning, diaper changing, and life-altering decision making in the future. So fast forward and make one: dump his azz.

I had a boyfriend once who wanted me to deck him if we ever got put on the kiss cam. I half-heartedly agreed -- luckily, we never made it on the jumbotron. (I hate the kiss cam, for the record.)
Totally agree, he needs to dump her *now*. He gave up as good a shot as any of us will have at a fly ball to give her a clear catch. Now she's trying to make it his fault that he didn't "protect" her? Come on. I thought we were living in the 21st century.
