New York Yankees youngster reliever-turned-starter, Joba Chamberlain, had received a standing ovation before even throwing his first ball as a starting pitcher on Tuesday. Way to jinx the kid, Yanks fans.
Lasting just 2.1 innings and 62 pitches, the 22-year-old righty walked four and surrendered a couple runs before watching the bullpen implode while his team took a 9-3 beat-down from the Toronto Blue Jays.
"I get in trouble when I think too much," he said. "It’s something that I pride myself on – not thinking too much."Snicker.

I love it when things go south for the Spankees. It's like the world wins.
It's like everyone gets a brand new kitten when things get fucked up for New York.
