Tuesday's Babelicious Scoreboard
Two clubs without a few star players like say... Joe Mauer and Jim Thome... doesn't necessarily make for a boring game.
The Minnesota Twins (17-15) rallied from a 4-1 deficit in the eighth inning Tuesday night, roughing up reliever Mike MacDougal for three runs and taking the Chicago White Sox (14-15) into extra innings.
After Joe Nathan pitched a scoreless 10th, Luis Castillo led off the bottom of the inning with a double before Torii Hunter was intentionally walked a batter later.
Enter your reigning American League MVP. With one monstrous swing, Justin Morneau smashed a hanger deep into the right field stands for a walk-off 7-4 victory; his eighth homer and 20th RBI of the season.
Boof Bonser pitched seven innings, allowing eight hits and four runs - 1 earned - with seven strikeouts and walk, but was denied a victory for the seventh time this season as Juan Rincon (2-0, 2.02 ERA) got the Win.
Javier Vazquez tossed seven solid innings, allowing only 1 run on 4 hits with one walk and seven K's. Andrew Sisco (0-1, 4.15 ERA) was handed the loss and credited 1 of the 3 runs for Nick Masset's one-pitch mistake to the Canadian Crusher that ended the game.

Go Twins! What an exciting comeback!
How dare you accuse Scott Podsednik of being a "star player"! How could you?!?!
Just trying to gain allegiance with some White Sox fans so it'll be all the sweeter when the Twins win the division and I verbally bitch-slap them.
