Jose Canseco faced Korean monster Hong Man Choi in his Mixed Martal Arts debut (a.k.a. his latest attempt at maintaining semi-celebrity status) Tuesday in Yokohama, Japan. He lasted exactly 1:05 seconds longer than I expected. Way to not have any broken bones, buddy!

That's just humiliating. If Canseco wasn't such a giant douche, I might actually feel sorry for him.
You don't see Mark McGwire and Sammy Sosa pulling crap like this. Just stop Jose! Your career is over and people only keep tabs on you so they can laugh at you! It's sad.
