Josh Hamilton crushed his former team with a couple mighty swings Tuesday. The Texas Rangers superstar outfielder nailed an RBI double in the first before smoking a grand salami in the 8th inning of his team's 12-6 win over the AL East-leading Tampa Bay Rays, matching a career-high with 5 RBIs.
Hamilton, whose promising career as a Tampa Bay prospect was derailed by drug addiction and injuries before he cleaned up his act, more than enjoyed his first homer at Tropicana Field.
"It felt good... especially in that situation," he said.I'm sure it felt extra special after going 0-for-4 Monday in his first appearance against his old club. Yay retribution!

Josh Hamilton makes me happy that I picked my fantasy team based on past drug use. He has totally made up for Dwight Gooden's crappy totals this year.
Haha what's up shooter.
