Bronx resident Frank Martinez, 40, also must spend 15 days in jail as part of his sentence for "interfering with a professional sporting event." Apparently, Martinez was upset that the Braves were leading 7-0 at the time.
Queens District Attorney Richard Brown said in a statement, "In a game in which the ball can travel upward of 110 mph, the defendant's actions were dangerous to both spectators and players."Who's this guy watching that's throwing 110 mph pitches?

Not Tom Glavine, that's for sure.
Would that be considered blasphemy?
Oh, I've missed the 'Weed out the crap' tag...
A batted ball can actually travel well over 130mph. The quote didn't specifically say the ball was thrown that fast.
Thanks Jered! I assumed Mr. Brown was referring to Tim Hudson's pitches.
