The Toronto Blue Jays have finally activated righty Roy Halladay from the 15-day disabled list after last night's game, optioning his replacement, right-hander Jesse Litsch to Double-A.
Halladay (4-2, 4.37 ERA) has been sidelined since undergoing an appendectomy on May 11th. Initially expected to miss four to six weeks, he is set to face lefty Mark Buehrle (2-1, 3.86 ERA) in the opener of a four-game set against the Chicago White Sox tonight.
