Howard National League MVP


With 20 first-place votes and 12 second-place votes, Ryan Howard defeated reigning MVP, Albert Pujols, by a total of 388 to 347. Lance Berkman and Carlos Beltran finished third and fourth, respectively.

Congrats to Howard!

I guess because I always talk to Cardinal fans though, I got the impression Pujols was going to (or should have?) won it. Either way, congrats Ryan! And can't wait to see the results tomorrow for AL MVP. (Yes, I still have a little faith that a Twins player could win it over Jeter, haha).
