The league's best hurler Johan Santana will lead the rotation in the Japanese Tour this season along with battery mate and AL Batting Champ Joe Mauer. Delivery Man of the Year candidate Joe Nathan will also join the All Star pitching staff.
The first game will be against the Yomiuri Giants on November 2nd, in Tokyo. The remaining five games will be against an All-Star team put together by Japan. Three of those will be played at the Tokyo Dome, with the venue switching to the Kyocera Dome in Osaka on November 7th and the finale of the trip at the Yahoo Dome in Fukuoka the following day.
