The Colorado Rockies are 6-1 when Aaron Cook starts and 6-18 in other games.Cookie (5-1) and his Rockies put the Los Angeles Dodgers' 8-game winning streak to a screeching halt Sunday, retiring his first 10 batters and 13 of the first 14, mixing his sinker and fastball to record 17 groundouts.
He surrendered nine hits and struck out two, lowering his ERA to 2.40.
Is Cookie the toughest nickname ever? No, I'm pretty sure it is.
