Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Scott Rolen has hit safely in a career-high 25 straight games. I'm pretty impressed by this feat. However, the last time I went nuts over a player's hitting streak, I totally jinxed them.

I love the hitting streak but it is the only thing to get excited about as a Jays fan anymore. We have managed to avoid 4 straight sweeps, but if we lose this series to the O's it's time to put TO on suicide watch.
I thought this guy was over, through. It's good to see he's re-gained his stroke. He's such a solid player.
