Yay Rebuilding!

The Cleveland Indians have accomplished something their club hasn't done since 1979: they've lost ten straight games. Way to go, guys!

Squandering a 6-run lead to the Detroit Tigers which they held until the sixth inning Wednesday, the Tribe ended up losing 8-6 loss thanks in large part to Rafael Betancourt unraveling in the seventh for five runs and a Miguel Cabrera walkoff bomb in the ninth.
"I have never in my career been through this before," said skipper Eric Wedge. "I’m meeting with the team tomorrow to discuss the situation."
Uh oh.

Watched this game last night. I say this as a Tigers fan - I don't know how Paul Byrd was able to sit in the dug out and 1) Not find a bottle of vodka 2) not punch someone or something 3) not start crying. He just calmly sat there and watched his excellent outing unravel. Happy for the Tigers, but damn I felt really sorry for Byrd......

I also watched the game. Poor Byrd! he pitched a helluva game.

But those Tigers, I mean, c'mon!

Cabrera is wining me over. Especially that stuff about him keeping three different candy bars in his lockers. I think it's adorable.
