Last season's NL MVP landed on the DL Sunday for the first time in his eight-year career with a sprained left ankle, an injury he was supposed to bounce back from with a few extra days off. He's had four pinch-hit appearances since then, but just ended up making it worse on Saturday when he ran to first on a ground out.
Rollins, who played in all 162 games last season, is batting .308 with two doubles, two bombs, six RBIs and two stolen bases.
Luckily for the Phils, Eric Bruntlett likes to flash some leather, as well. Rollins' replacement up the middle made a sweet diving stop for the last out of Sunday night's game, helping closer Brad Lidge out of a shaky ninth to earn his 3rd save and most likely preventing the tying run from scoring.

Last night's game last a lot longer without J-Roll. I hope he's back asap. But you're right - Bruntlett did his job defensively!
