Actually his first base coach said the ump was egging him on and "seemed to want Milton to boil over". Almost no one is reporting this.
I think Bradley should be given the benefit of the doubt here. I dislike the guy for the way he showboats and plays with more or less a lack of respect, but watching the video of this incident, it sure looked like he was trying to ignore the ump and do the right thing (for once).
Just because it looks like a duck and walks like a duck, and it might even sound like a duck, doesn't mean there isn't that slim chance that it's a platypus.

Yeah I know, but usually when Bradley pulls this kinda shit the coaching staff throws him under the bus. Dude's been on 5 teams in 7 full years for a reason, the fact that anyone is willing to stand up for this retard might just point to something other than him being the problem.
David Wells went through a similar situation with the Padres in mid-July. He claimed Ed Hickox was egging him on by calling him "fat ass" -- which is absolutely true, but beside the point -- so it's not completely out of the question that Bradley was urged into irrationality... but still doubtful.
He totally spazzed that time.
