Tuesday's Babelicious Scoreboard

Cleveland Indians ace C.C. Sabathia pitched an absolute gem last night - eight scoreless innings of baseball against the Kansas City Royals for his fifth career shutout.

Only one Royals runner reached second base - Mike Sweeney, who moved up on Emil Brown's one-out single. But Sabathia got John Buck to fly to center and struck out Ryan Shealy to end the "threat."

Cleveland scored their lone run on a Franklin Gutierrez solo shot in the third.

Sabathia improved to 4-0 in five starts since May 16th, while the Indians increased baseball's best home record to 20-6. C.C. completely dominates the Jake, as he is 6-0 in eight starts there.

Yeah, my one chance to see Sabathia this year was against the A's last month. His only loss.

Atleast they occasionally make it onto national broadcasts.
