In case you've been in a coma (and if that's the case, welcome back!) Barry Bonds needs only 9 more longballs to pass Hall of Famer Hank Aaron on the career home runs list.
Bonds will have the chance to hit #748 at 7:05pm ET this Friday when the Giants take on Boston Red Sox starter Julian Tavarez. Bonds has hit a career 13 homers against the Sox.

No chance, really. He'd have to get injured not to pass Aaron.

It's too bad Bonds won't hit one today unless he pinch hits. It's a scheduled off day for him
